Home Solar Installation: Insignia, Ballarat

10 minutes outside of Ballarat Central, this Insignia Enphase Solar & Battery project features 7.71KW DC / 6.09 KW AC, and 10KWH of Enphase IQ Battery 5P with Suntech solar panels. The system is capable of providing up to 13.77KW Continuous Operating Power in both Grid & Back-up Modes.

The solar project was initiated in 2021 when our client installed a sophisticated system featuring 21 Enphase IQ7Plus microinverters combined with high-performance Suntech 370W solar panels.

Three years later, in 2024, our client further enhanced the system by incorporating the newly launched Enphase IQ Battery 5P, a cutting-edge 5KWH energy storage solution. Seeking to maximize their energy independence and efficiency, they decided to expand the battery capacity and opted for an additional 2 units of the Enphase IQ Battery 5P, resulting in a total storage capacity of 10KWH.

This upscaled system is now capable of delivering up to 7.68KW continuous output, ensuring reliable and sustainable energy generation. Noteworthy brands featured in this advanced setup include industry leaders Enphase and Suntech.
